Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive all aspects of the retail motor business, including sales, aftersales, parts, customer satisfaction, people management, profitability and growth strategies

Minimum Requirements
• Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree)
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience in a motor dealership environment in managerial/ Dealer Principal role (Mercedes Benz advantageous)
• Strong numerical skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Exceptional customer service and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Target and process driven
• Analytical and Strategic thinker
• Computer literate (knowledge of motor industry systems)
• High level of motivation
