My client, a specialist in technical products, is looking for an invoicing and debtors’ clerk who will be a vital team member to the finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating invoices, monitoring and reconciling payments and contacting clients to follow-up on payments.

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated team player who is reliable and consistent and is looking to stay in this position long-term.

To qualify:
- You live within a reasonable distance to Midrand
- You are legally able to work in South Africa
- You have a minimum of matric
- You have 1+ years’ experience as a debtors clerk
- You are PC literate with working experience in Excel and any Accounting package
- You are confident on the phone and not afraid to call clients and ask for due payments

You will work in a small, stable, company where there is a relaxed atmosphere but lots of work to be done. You will receive a market related salary, provident fund after probation and a performance related bonus every year.
