(Digital Agency) - Media Traffic Coordinator. R12 000 - R18 000 per month. JHB North.

Assists the Client Advertising Team in the management of all campaign materials, including delivery to the ad operations team, detailed maintenance of a traffic database, generating and proofing traffic instructions. They ensure all media buys are delivered correctly and in a timely manner, meeting specifications and deadlines. The Traffic Coordinator will work with various internal departments.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Previous Data Entry Experience is a Plus

• Must have organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Responsible for classifying and inputting data into system. Precision is essential.

• Must be willing to maintain focus while performing repetitive duties.

• Experience with records maintenance a plus.


Day to day Duties:

The traffic coordinator (TC) will bridge the gap between Client Advertising Managers (CAM) and Campaign Managers (CM). Allowing the CAM to focus more on their roles and CM to focus more on their roles.

EXAMPLE:

Once the CAM has brought in a signed IO they will hand this over to the TC with a clear indication of what needs to be achieved and what the KPI is that the campaign will be measured on, as well as what is outstanding in order for the campaign to go live.

The CAM will let the client know that the TC will be in touch to chase up on the outstanding information, like:

· Creative

· Copy Instruction (CI)

· Links

· Copy needed for Social campaigns

· Location points for geo fencing

The CAM will still upload into the google document system.

Once the TC has all this information, then it will be handed over to CM Head, who will allocate it to a CM to run.

The TC is also there to assist on chasing creative elements that are needed by the creative department if they are building creative.
