The role will include the following key focus areas:
1. Rola Motor Group Online Strategy
Creation of content to support the Group’s Marketing – and Brand strategy
2. Promoting Rola Motor City as a prominent vehicle retail destination
Rola Motor City is located in Somerset West and the new multi-brand Dealership destination for the Rola Franchise
Brands: Rola Mercedes-Benz, Rola Jeep/Fiat/Alfa Romeo, Rola Mahindra, Rola Mitsubishi, Rola Mazda, Rola Honda, Rola
Volvo & Rola Pre-Owned. This includes Rola Cars at Somerset Mall and Rola Toyota Somerset West.

We are looking for an energetic and creative self-starter who takes his/her own initiative in driving and managing all
aspects of Rola Motor City’s presence on all relevant online platforms. The Digital Content Producer &
Brand Coordinator will be responsible for establishing Rola’s online community and engaging with users
across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, support marketing efforts and ultimately stimulate
vehicle sales and aftersales activities.

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and coordinating both online and on-site events at the Rola
Motor City destination to engage and build relationships with Rola’s customers. Additional duties include the
creation of a dynamic customer-centric atmosphere at the various Rola Dealerships by implementing strategic
Brand initiatives. The incumbent should be competent in identifying creative and relevant content opportunities to
support the overall Marketing – and Brand strategy. The role requires a creative thinker who pays high attention to
detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround time delivery. The individual should have a
natural aptitude for crafting online brand – and marketing initiatives and should possess an innovative mindset to take
customer journey, social media and communication initiatives to a higher level of excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Digital Content Management
• Manage all aspects of Rola Motor City’s online presence on all relevant online platforms
• Develop and implement monthly content plans and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns
• Create a regular publishing and posting schedule, utilising social media management tools
• Generate creative ideas for social media marketing to advocate company products or services
• Responsible for creating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content (e.g., original text and copywriting, photos, videos and news) in compliance with Rola’s and Franchise Brand identities
• Leverage Franchise Brand social media content to enhance brand awareness
• Envision and create innovative social media posts that nurture community interaction and conversation
• Communicate with followers and manage online responses on all relevant websites, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Ensure an engaging and personalised brand experience is maintained at the Rola Motor City customer touch points
• Develop, drive, manage and report on all online events and campaigns (e.g., tag, share, hashtags etc.)
• Support HR department with Employer Brand strategy by producing creative content
• Responsible for the creation and upkeep of a Rola content library
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, current technologies and trends
• Provide assistance to the Rola Online Car Services (ROCS) department with online functions when necessary
• Provide monthly feedback & reporting on all social media initiatives and campaigns
2. Dealership Events Planning (Rola Motor City)
• Responsible for the compilation and implementation of a customer experience – and events strategy
• Generate creative and innovative themes and ideas to manage and host a variety of events
• Compiling and managing a 6 – 12-month rolling Events calendar
• Liaising with key personnel at the various Rola Dealerships to execute successful online and on-site Group – and Dealer events
3. Online and Offline Community Involvement
• Responsible for content management for Rola’s Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns (#RolaCares)
• Manage and leverage Brand Ambassador relationships to support the Rola Brand positioning (#RolaLifestyle)
• Manage Rola Motor City’s local schools involvement programme
4. Rola Brand Experience
• Develop and compile Rola Brand standards in conjunction with Digital Marketing Specialist
• Develop and continuously improve the online and offline (Rola Motor City) customer journey
• Ensure best in class Brand standards at all customer touchpoints (guests)
• Responsible to conduct regular visual audits
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Content Producer and/or Brand Coordinator or similar role
• Diploma or degree in Marketing or Communication Studies advantageous
• Passion for the motor retail industry
• Copywriting and design skills essential
• Any applicable training in social media management beneficial
• Good understanding of social media platform analytics and reporting
• Hands on experience in content management
• Analytical and excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Creative individual who takes own initiative
• Good time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of treating a customer as a guest
• Exceeds at building and maintaining networking relationships, online and in general
