Testing new sales, marketing & customer services channels & platforms in the digital space
Assist testing any other new initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities
Map out and implement processes in relation to new initiatives, focusing on sales and client engagement in the digital place
Ensure professional customer engagement is maintained to uphold company reputation and client satisfaction
Feedback into business recommended product changes and sales approach changes
Reporting
This role will require hands-on engagement with current and prospective customers
Drive new initiatives that business may want to embark on
Work with the digital team to enhance automation and customer experience around the selling and customer service of Mother Financial products
Work with the digital team to incorporate and integrate new technologies into the sales and after sales experience of Mother financial customers.
