The role is responsible for key digital marketing and customer engagement functions and initiatives.

Working hours are from 07:00am.

The role is suited to a dynamic candidate that is passionate about Digital Marketing and who constantly strives to empower themselves by keeping abreast of Marketing specific trends.

Requirements:
3 + years’ experience within a digital marketing role
Experience working in a marketing role (ideally in insurance or Financial Services
Hubspot experience (Super User)
Experience working with digital advertising and media (ideally experience working with Facebook Business Manager)
Experience working with internal and external stakeholder to deliver a desired outcome
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Ability to navigate CRM, and digital advertising tools
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in CRM and digital marketing

Responsibilities:
CRM and marketing campaigns
Manage and improve on the current CRM program
Develop, embed and be responsible for the ongoing management of the Customer Engagement program (via Hubspot)
Manage quote remarketing eDM campaigns and leads (via Hubspot)
Manage Web-bot, display advertising and survey plug-ins on quote tools

Media and Advertising
Actively manage and develop a digital advertising program including ongoing optimisation and reporting on key metrics
Manage Always On digital strategy (search, AdWords etc)
Manage brand templates, and marketing intranet site
Liaise with brand partner team to build on relationship and supply assets and content for use (e.g. Testimonials, long form content, social posts)
Monthly social & digital reporting for 3 brands
Assist with various marketing campaigns
