RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced DISPATCH CLERK for a large concern – position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12 (English and Maths).
Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
English / Zulu speaking.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Pastel (or similar) and inventory invoicing system experience an added advantage.
1 year previous experience in a dispatch/receiving/security/administrative or clerical function or similar nature of work.
6 months experience (within the last 2 years) of a computerized inventory invoicing system is advantageous.
Working knowledge of customer based environments (FMCG-retail or wholesale/hospitality/call centre.
Appropriate level of understanding of OHSA requirements and compliance.
Suitable knowledge of proper housekeeping standards in a “warehouse” environment.
Good interpersonal skills including appropriate telephone etiquette.
Ability to respond effectively in pressured environment
