We're looking for an ambitious, motivated Dutch speaking individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative.

Duties and responsibilities:

Handling all incoming queries effectively and efficiently to resolution
Ensure that all first-time contact resolution targets are met and exceeded.
Ensure that all productivity and KPI metrics are adhered to.
Requirement:

Matric/Grade 12
Speak Fluent Dutch and Afrikaans
Experience will be an added advantage
Computer literate
Must have own transport
Independent and customer centric
Advanced proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
Able to work shifts - Candidates need to be flexible.
