Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Delivering high-quality service via email, chat and phone support platforms to in-coming contacts from Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Building loyalty among new users and getting early adopters to fall in love with the service all over again
- Issuing bills and processing payments
- Keeping up-to-date with related program content

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Service Consultant job in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Matric certificate
- Above-average proficiency in written English & Dutch (Modern Standard, not Traditional) Have previous experience working with international customers
- A minimum of 6 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a high-volume, customer service/contact centre environment is essential
- A customer-centric approach to resolving user queries
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A “can-do” attitude, high energy and drive
- A high proficiency using computers - typing, quickly navigating between various urls
- Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
- A passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
