Description
The Dynamics CE Developer will work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration.
The Dynamics CE Developer will work in a team with other CRM Developers, Analysts and Project Managers within boundaries of Agile delivery methodologies e.g. SCRUM and Kanban.
The Dynamics CE Developer will be exposed to major Microsoft technologies, such MS SQL Server, MS Dynamics (On Premise and Online), MS SharePoint Server, .Net, C# and JavaScript; and excellent training opportunities both internally and externally.
This exposure also occurs through the different engagement models being project-based development, placements, outsourced teams and support and enhancement engagements.

Knowledge

Software programming knowledge (well versed in the SDLC)

Knowledge of Dynamics for Customer Service or Sales

Knowledge of Field Service or Marketing.

Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate

Knowledge of Power BI

Knowledge of C#

Knowledge of ASP.NET 2.0 – 4.0

Knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of JavaScript.

MS Dynamics Customer Engagement (Online and On-Premise)

Worked in an Agile SCRUM or Kanban environment.

Azure DevOps working knowledge.


Job Specific Requirements

Must be willing to work overtime when required

Must be willing to do business travel to customer sites as and when required


Advantageous Qualification / Professional Registrations

A relevant university computer science or business degree or equivalent.

Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics for Customer Service or Sales

Microsoft Certification in Field Service or Marketing.


Experience

Minimum 36 Months experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically the concept behind customer relationship management.

Minimum 36 Months experience in system customisations and custom development, such as workflow activities, plugins, ISV pages or integration.

Minimum 24 Months experience in SQL and SQL Reporting Services.

Minimum 36 Months experience and a good understanding of the Internet Information Services (IIS)

Minimum 60 months experience in Visual C# and .NET Framework.

Minimum 36 months experience in Client-side scripting (JavaScript)
