Our client requires the service of an E-Learning Graphic Designer to enhance learning through the design of graphical illustrations and animations

Key Performance Areas:

? Analyse Design Requirements
? Meet with Instructional Designer and stakeholders to determine design requirements
? Present appropriate solutions to stakeholders
? Design visual themes for learning interventions
? Design visual themes for learning campaigns or new learning programmes
? Design graphics and / or animations to enhance learning
? Design static graphics to illustrate learning concepts
? Design 2D and 3D animations to illustrate learning concepts
? Maintain visual components of the company’s brand
? Ensure that all courses align to the company’s brand requirements
? Ensure efficiency of publishing and QA process of Group eLearning Courses
? Liaise with external provider to ensure that Group eLearning Courses are published, QA’d and distributed


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a Graphic design or relevant qualification
? 5 – 7 years 3D Max and Photoshop experience
? 5 - 7 years after effects experience would be advantageous
? Knowledge of adult learning and design principles
? Knowledge of QCTO standards, ADDIE, Blended learning approaches and SAP LMS
? Strong administrative skills
? Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans (written & verbal)
? Excellent computer literacy
? Must be proficient in the usage of G-Suite Applications
? Planning and organising skills
? Displays sound judgment and decision-making ability
? Problem solving skills
