Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be Professionally Registered as a Professional Engineer
Must be willing to travel extensively in rural areas and working overtime if required.
Must have experience in the design, implementation and management of rural water, sanitation and road infrastructure projects.
Must have design experience in village water reticulation schemes
Must have design experience in sanitation schemes, both water born – and dry sanitation systems
Must have design experience in internal surfaced and gravel roads, including storm water systems
Must be able to undertake a marketing drive with potential Clients.
Must be willing to understand and respect rural traditions.
Must be proficient in report writing, tender documentation and conditions of contract.
Must have the ability to form part of a team and manage operations of site staff.
Must be fluent in Setswana and English.
Must be willing to relocate to Vryburg, but working as part of the regional office in Bloemfontein.
