Enterprise and Supplier Development Manager


Requirements & Qualifications:

Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, Finance and related fields
At least 8 Years experience in a related role
Full understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement and Transformation Value Chain
5 Years experience in a similar functional management role
Excellent understanding of Procurement Processes, BBBEE legislation and Mining Charter regulatory requirements
Have strong planning and execution skills


Review and implement a EDS strategy aligned to overall Supply Chain, Transformation and CSI plans
Support all connected strategies through business process optimisation especially in the procurement discipline
Support the Supply Chain strategy through commodity segmentation to enable capability in Operations especially around joint ventures
Identify and develop complaint suppliers in line with the transformation and procurement strategy
Progressively support vendor management in addressing non-compliant suppliers and vendors in conformance with the Company's transformation plans
Participate in the development of a transformation strategy for the business with specific emphasis on the EDS pillars
Create and maintain the EDS support infrastructure by designing and implementing a optimisation plan in collaboration with peer groups
Enhance existing suppliers and SMME's to ensure sustainability and alignment to the overall transformation objectives
Support the business in the overall implementation of transformation plans
Participate in internal and external audit reviews and manage corrective actions in line with overall transformation requirements
Review business development plans of SMME's in support of the business to ensure sustainability and compliance
Participate in the BBBEE verification process annually and contribute to Mining Charter reporting
