Cape Town
R500 000 per annum (including Medical Aid, Prov Fund, 13th Cheque)
Petrol & Cell allowance
Additional commission of 1% after basic salary covered with commission earnings.

Our client, a highly regarded property developer, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated internal Estate Agent to assist in the sale of upmarket apartments in iconic CBD development, as well as new pipeline of developments in the northern suburbs Cape Town.
Candidates must be currently registered with the EAAB & have their FFC.

What they want:
• NQF4 qualification – NOT NEGOTIABLE
• 4 years residential estate agency experience
• Fidelity Fund Certificate – not negotiable
• PROVEN sales records
• Own vehicle is essential and valid driver’s license
• Good Communication and negotiations skills
• Preference will be given to bilingualism Eng/Afrikaans
• Professional Sales People – Presentable, Energetic, Flexible and able to handle themselves in a corporate environment
• High level of confidence and strong work ethic
• Flexible working hours as demand permits, with ability to work from home at times.
