Qualifications:
• Technical Grade 12 / N3
• Red Seal Trade certificate
• Strong Casting calculus abilities
• Advanced computer aided design program

Job duties & Responsibilities:
To assist in everyday production activities, estimate project costs, plan and draw up Microsoft Project schedules and plans, expedite orders and sub contractors in projects, calculate & design casting methods, design new methods into printable copies for company use, simulate calculated methods to calibrate for method approval, route cause analyzing for effective design, project phase management

Estimating:
Resources, Costs, Duration, Machine allowance, Machine cost, Machine duration, Pattern making, non-destructive testing, quality, transport, coating and crating, simulation, calibration, bill of material, bill of method, sub contractors, and lead times
Planning:
Project plans, timelines, schedules, resources, lead times, deliveries, bill of material, sub-contractors
Expediting:
Sub contractors, resources, projects and schedule
Methods & Design:
Casting & Mould design, Casting & Moulding methods, simulate and calibrate, research & development in Technical Lab, and programs to calculate and design new casting methods
Project Management: Manage schedules and project plans
