A beautiful, well established hotel in Franschhoek is seeking the best Events Coordinator to join their bespoke team. Male/Female with 2-4 years experience.

Some duties and responsibilities will include:

- Contacting leads from CRM system
- Establish relationships with vendors and venues
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best terms
- Planning all of events details and aspects and managing event operations
- Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments
- Evaluate events success and submit reports

Experience, skills and competencies required:
• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in events management, hospitality management
• Own vehicle and drivers license
• Attention to detail, well presented and spoken
• Social media experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Must reside close to Franschhoek and surrounds
