Position available in Isando for an Export Department Co-Ordinator, we require a neat and professional individual for this position who has sound work ethics. Candidates need at least five year experience dealing with imports and exports and the associated documentation. Candidates with a motor industry background will be considered for this position before others. Experience on the Automate, MS Office and SAP Systems will be highly beneficial as will Technical and Mechanical experience.

Candidates will be required to: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Assisting with administrative work. Coordinate travel arrangements/appointments ect. for the department. Coordinate work on vehicles (Documents, accessories fitment, delivery) Assist with export account management (invoicing, payment allocation, instalment follow up). Good verbal and communication skills. Assist with customer liaison (Assist with telephonic and written responses, and face-to-face engagements where necessary) Must have technical knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry. Create and/or maintain databases as required. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Basic salary of R 18 000.00 to R 20 000.00 on offer with additional benefits to be discussed with the successful applicant.
