Our client a leading Facilities Management company seeks to appoint a Site Lead to one of their international clients. As Site Lead, you will provide direct leadership to the operational FM team and create an environment of accountability to provide facilities management services across the site. You will interface with different groups across the organization to ensure timely and seamless delivery. The Site Lead will respond to a wide variety of on-site requests, providing proactive, knowledgeable, engaged service, while creatively exceeding expectations.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum of 5 years senior facilities management experience ideally in an engineering or hospitality background is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the performance across this expanding business and team.
• Ability to manage direct reports and corresponding teams.
• Experience in public events management background is preferred.
• Recognized commitment to Guest Service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Good customer facing skills
• Demonstrated capacity to use curiosity to find opportunities to create amazing outcomes
• Proven experience managing a P&L
• Strong Technical knowledge / background.
• Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write reports, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
• Self-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely manner and proven ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensure the overall performance of the contract and required deliverables including: contract compliance, performance management against KPI’s, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
? Enabling experiences in the workplace ensuring to embed Nike Heritage, and support campaigns and programs across the site
? Enable the local Team to deliver on the contract desired outcomes, across the portfolio of buildings in the Country.
? You will collaborate with senior leaders and are the WD+C eyes and ears on the ground advocating for the workplace of the future and collecting insights to drive innovation and experiences.
? Provide coaching, operational expertise and solutions
? To ensure the successful implementation in country of initiatives and programs including: savings program, energy program, HSSE, playbooks, training & development, and succession planning.
? To have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain.
? To work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines.
? To establish effective business relationships with the local customers, and to interact with client personnel at all levels - Balance response to their needs whilst delivering CBRE commercial requirements.
? Present client reports according to the schedule agreed with the customer.
? Participate and contribute to the overall service and financial performance of CBRE.
? Prepare country annual facilities management budgets and proactively manage the total facilities expenditure vs. budget.
? Ability to review and analyse complex financial / business reports / data and generate innovative solutions / corrective action plans.
? Accountable for the health, safety, security & environmental aspects of the delivery of facilities management.
? Ensure that Facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies, and best practice guidelines.

Day-to-day Facilities Management
? Overall responsibility for the site FM services ensuring all services is delivered to the required services levels.
? Be the liaison with the Landlord on the provision of the Landlord services, site changes and updates and any future projects.
? Overall responsibility for the co-ordination and the logistics of the goods in and out service
? Responsible for the CBRE EHS processes and procedures for the site always including reporting all near misses, incidents and accidents, delivering permit to work system for facilities and event suppliers and escalating any EHS concerns.
? Report, manage and follow up on work orders, ensuring these are completed within the response and completion SLA and that of the team.
? Complete the weekly, monthly site reports including the reporting of key data matrices such as waste reporting, cmms stats, etc
? Manage the supply partner management process through site inspection and monthly meetings

Customer Focus
? Overall responsibility for the delivery of a seamless, delightful, and superior welcome, workday, and departure experience for all building users.
? Own the relationship with the NIKE teams to proactively communicate and prepare for all site events, including anticipating and addressing concerns to ensuring events operate without incident.
? Regularly communicates with after-hours staff to help resolve any issues that may arise.
? Consistently creating new opportunities or finding new innovations to bring delight into the facilities through engagement, events, and surpassing the expected.
? Ensures that pertinent and on-brand communications are proactively crafted, posted, and distributed, as appropriate.
? Serves as the connective tapestry across employee experience
? Manages all purchasing and financial requirements for the facilities.
