Our Company requires a mature Factory/Production Manager who will be responsible for the entire manufacturing facility,
Manufacturing background is a necessity.

The following is required.

§ Managing production, stock and fitting schedules. This includes management of the material, labour, equipment and fittings.
§ Communicating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance to all relevant standards & procedures.
§ Managing and maintaining the quantity, quality of material produced and work performed.
§ Understanding the operational needs and facilitating the production goals as well as deliveries.
§ Able to lead, direct and motivate a team.
§ Handling and maintain stock and ordering of stock.
§ Must have knowledge on precast and casting (concrete)
§ Ability to communicate at all levels of the company.
§ Must be able to work on weekends if needed.
§ Must be computer literate.
§ Own Vehicle is essential.
