Farm Assistant - Maize and Beef Cattle

Area: Delmas

Salary; R8000 - R15000 with accommodation and a 13th Cheque

Our client is seeking a Farm Assistant to join their team

Experience Required:

5 years farm experience

Candidates who has close to the Delmas area would be preferred

Afrikaans and English speaking

Implements:

Ripper, Disc, Skoffel, roltand eg, grassny, hark, must be able to pull a trailor. Must have licence to drive on tar road with tractor.

Computer Skills required:

Experience in calibration of tractors and harvesters

Key Responsibilities (KPI):

TRUST WORTHY

All people are on the same level on the farm, all are doing the same work, no colour hierarchy. All people plant, spray, rip, harvest, work cattle – dip, feed, vaccinate etc.

During plant and harvest season work from 4am to 9pm. (6 months of the year).

Every 2nd weekend on duty.
