Position:
6 Month contract as Field Operations Assistant based in Ferndale, Randburg

Reporting Line:
Head of Field Operations - Northern Division

Main purpose of the job:
To effectively manage the administration function by providing administrative support to the Field Operations department and ADRS Contractors in order to increase the overall performance

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12/National Qualifications Framework (NQF) 4
• Tertiary qualification in administration
• Personal/workplace achievements
• 3-5 years’ administration experience
• Computer literacy - Intermediate MS Office skills required
• Thorough knowledge, understanding and application of administration principles, practices and systems

Key Duties:
• Manage the end to end administration process within the Field Operations department.
• Ensure all outstanding insurance investigations are attended to and closed.
• Assign unallocated accounts to contractors daily.
• Flag Accounts as Possible VS Category.
• QA requests from contractors to “Keep” accounts according to the prescribed rules.
• Follow up on all outstanding queries and ensure necessary documentation is submitted by the contractor to finalise.
• Drive Collection, Voluntary surrender and AOD targets through the various performance reports as well as regular telephonic follow up.
• Conduct an analysis on the non-performing contractors as requested by the Head of Field Operations.
• Complete gap payment reports weekly and submit to contractors.
• Identify possible debit order accounts and submit to contractors weekly.
• Understand and apply the standards set out in all legislation that affects the customer/contractor.
• Meet and exceed the requirements of customers/contractors.
• Deal effectively and timeously with customer/contractor complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved or escalated within agreed timeframes.
