Role Summary: Field Trainer
• This position will be responsible for field training reporting to the Head of Sales and National Training Manager in the Sales & Training Department conducting but not limited to:
• New Manager training
• Field training

Summary of Responsibilities

• The field trainer identifies the training needs, coordinates, and delivers the sales training according to the business needs and ensures that all gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that need to be used on field.
• Provide post training support and reinforces tools that will enhance the performance of the sales trainee.
• The field trainer must be able to project himself/herself as a role model. He/she should be able to communicate the expectations clearly and effectively to the field.
• He/she is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the progress of the trainees during the training sessions and provide them with the relevant feedback that will help them in improving their individual performance as well as help in enhancing their personal skills and attributes.
• Attend a monthly review meeting with the HOS, National Training Manager and Training Content Developer to ensure the training content that is trained on the different platforms are always updated with the relevant information.
