Finance Administrator: Bank Reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate relations between the business and 3rd party financial institutions & Payment Platform providers.
• Produce accurate and timely bank recons of various types of system receipts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist the IT & Team lead and Recon/payment platforms
• Grade 12 or Diploma
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ working experience in the banking environment.
• Analytical, Investigative, problem solver
• Billing, reconciliation and platform management is preferable
• SAP ERP, MS Dynamics CRM, Great Plains, and Clarity is preferable
• Technology acumen in Robotics Process Automation, Workflow automation, Business Intelligence and Analytics is a definite plus
