JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Code 08 valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Recognised accounting qualification.
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Experience on Pastel Accounting package is essential.
Person will be required to provide professional assistance to the Bookkeeper by way of bookkeeping functions to trial balance.
3yrs+ previous bookkeeping experience.
Compilation of financial reports including audit preparation.
Integration of data including analysis and capturing.
Payment of supplier invoices.
Reconciliation of creditors and debtors.
Reconciliation of petty cash and cash box transactions.
Record keeping and filing.
