o Prepares quotations and invoices for clients/students
o Creates, sends, follows up and files invoices
o Verifies clients/student payments
o Accepts cash payments, issues receipts for each cash payment
o Creates “Cash Control sheet” and forwards to Finance and uploads onto server
o Assists the financial manager in creating financial reports
o Compiles an accrual listing at month end for expenses not raised during term by 2nd of each month.
o Enters data and maintains updated records
o Assists with account reconciliations
o Requests Statement from creditors
o Assists in preparing financial reports for management
