Duties

Processing cash book entries
Recon of bank accounts, installment sales, depreciation and journals
Updating and maintaining accounting records
Performing payroll function monthly
Manual tax calculations
Submissions of VAT201’s
Preparation of working papers, posting journals, updating spreadsheets
Compiling annual financial statements for individuals, trusts, companies and closed corporations
