SUMMARY
Our client, a passionate FMCG organisation is looking to employ a Finance Manager. You will be in a leadership position, managing staff. You will be in charge of implementing financial management systems and processes and maintaining them. You will oversee the financial health of the organisation and will know about International Financial Reporting Standards and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial recording and reporting by standard accounting practices
• Ensuring all accounts are provided timeously and accurately and making necessary improvements to processes and policies
• Ensuring good governance of financial practices within the organisation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensuring SARS submissions are done timeously
• Preparing and maintaining budgets within required timeframes
• Managing annual audit processes and addressing audit findings
• Managing the availability of cash for working capital purposes
• Monitoring loan covenants and requirements
• Payroll processing in line with company and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Finance (CA SA or CIMA Advantageous)
• 5 – 10 years financial management experience
