Our client requires the services of an experienced Financial Accountant to start immediately on a defined short-term contract.

The key responsibilities are inter alia as follows:
• Processing financial transactions
• Financial reporting
• Cash and banking
• General ledger recon
• Debtors control
• Creditors control
• Asset register coordination
• Budget coordination
• Audit Preparation

Person Spec:
• Sufficient experience to assume full responsibilities from start date
• Be able to give at least six-month unconditional commitment to the job
• Ability to work alone except that the Finance Manager will be on hand to assist with and supervise work streams.

Required Skills
• Excellent working knowledge and experience in Pastel and Excel

• Debtors is an area of current vulnerability so while listed as a key responsibility the Finance Manager, Financial Accountant and Debtors administrator will work as a team on all aspects of debtors.
