A manufacturing company in Germiston is looking for a female that have a postgraduate qualification in B.Com finance from a recognised institution such as UNISA.  
The candidate must be between 25-40 years old and must have at least 5 years’ experience in this position.

•                 Postgraduate qualification – B.Com finance from a recognised institution such as UNISA.
•                 Must be able to work independently.
•                 Must be able to do VAT, tax submissions and must be able to submit accounting reports.
•                 Must have working experience in accounting packages.
•                 Computer literate & MS Office
•                 Own transport
•                 Willing to work overtime
•                 Attention to detail
Responsibilities including:

*Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax
*Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
*Prepare budget forecasts
*Publish financial statements in time
*Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
*Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
*Ensure timely bank payments
*Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
*Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
*Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
*Audit financial transactions and documents
*Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
*Comply with financial policies and regulations
*Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
*Examining financial records to check for accuracy
*Monitoring spending and budgets
*Preparing accounts and tax returns
*Auditing and analyzing financial performance
*Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
