Our client a large Financial Services firm seeks experienced Financial Advisors to join their team
Minimum requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year’s Long term advisory experience and possess their RE5 certificate.
- If the advisor is in the industry for more than 4 years, he/she needs to already have 120 FAIS credits on NQF Level 5.
- During the covid pandemic, we are only employing experienced Financial advisors who are currently employed.
- Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle compulsory.
- Must have Matric.
- Foreigners are welcome provided they have a passport, work permit valid for at least 1 year, and international or SA driver’s license.
- A clear credit/criminal record would be favourable, - exceptional advisors with credit records, provided they have a payment plan arrangement with the default vendor, and if the debt is less than R50 000.
- Candidates under debt review and consolidation will not be considered unless rehabilitated.
Please take note:
- Our client offers a training allowance of R 12 000 per month for the first 2 months whilst in training.
- Commission split potential of 100%. Vesting bonus that would result in approx. 140% of commission.
- Interest free Technology loan of R20k to purchase technological equipment. Full back-office/admin/paraplanning support.
- Upfront bursaries for industry related degrees/certificates/diplomas.
- On-going training and mentorship and a career plan with the ultimate goal of owning your own franchise (should they want the option).
Doesn’t really matter where the candidate is based, as they provide a technology loan to advisors so they can easily setup a home office.
