HRA08A Vacancy – Financial Manager-Subdivision Group Level
Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Financial Manager based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Manager the incumbent will be responsible for, as part of the Group Financial team, but not limited to:
Increase productivity by developing automated report and administrative processes.
Analyse current SOPs within the administration department.
Develop best practice SOPs within the administration department:
Procurement
Debtors
Stock
Treasury
Automation of PO process
Implementation of above SOP’s
Standardisation of processes, policies and procedures
Total Financial reporting
Work closely with Business Management and Financial team
Qualifications and Experience:
B Comm Accounting with CTA/Hons combined with 3 years articles experience at audit firm,
5+ years financial management experience
Advanced Computer Literacy and efficiency
Competencies:
Analytical thinking skills with a risk-based mindset
Ambitious, energetic and self-driven
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communicator with the ability and confidence to report on executive level.
Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
Tendency towards digitalization and automation of processes and controls
