Our client is looking for a Financial Manager for their Head Office in Cape Town
Minimum Skills/Requirements:
• CA (SA) or relevant financial qualification
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial information
• Review local and foreign supplier processing and payments
• Manage forex cover, payments and forex reporting
• Cash flow management
• Prepare and review new store viabilities
• Store lease management and accounting i.t.o IFRS16.
• Prepare and review month-end audit files and reconciliations
• Prepare and review consolidated monthly management accounts and other financial reports
• Prepare statutory submissions
• Prepare provisional and final income tax submissions
• Review VAT, withholdings tax and other submissions to tax authorities
• Manage month-end process and deadlines
• Prepare and review annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Prepare year-end audit files and assist in annual statutory audit
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Manage finance team
• Ad hoc projects
