ELECTRICIAN
Qualifications:
• N3 Electrical Engineering qualification
• Trade Tested Electrician with PLC, Siemens & Robotic experience
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawing
• SA Citizen
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintain plant equipment through the provision of electrical services in accordance with applicable legislative and company standards.
• Inform Engineering Services Coordinator in advance of material required to perform tasks
• Instruct assistant personnel to proper use of all equipment and give clear instructions
• Ensure that all plant equipment is maintained in good order and that documentation is completed timeously and accurately
• Assist with lubrication when necessary
• Inform the Coordinator timeously of any problems that must be resolved
• Perform any reasonable task relating to general maintenance including but not limited to painting, washing machine maintenance and other general duties
• Mark, measure and connect in accordance with SABS wiring standards
