Job Description:

Driving the Quality and Food Safety systems in a FSSC 22000 certified facility
Organizing and leading staff Training and Development
Managing the in-house laboratory and QC testing programme
Handling of Customer Complaint investigations and feedback
Conducting GMP/Hygiene Audits as per the internal audit schedule
Facilitate External Audits (FSSC22000, ZA-certification, IBL) together with the Food Safety Team
Timely ordering of cleaning chemicals and factory hygiene consumables
Coordinating Occupational Health and Safety programmes


An appropriate tertiary qualification
At least three years proven technical experience in a FSSC 22000 (or equivalent) accredited food production environment
Good computer literacy
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
A willingness to also work rotational weekends
