Money Group requires a Operations Manager (Branches) for its FOREIGN EXCHANGE BRANCHES urgently. Due to the rapid growth of the business the company requires the potential candidate to be immediately available.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 10 years’ experience in business development management in the financial sector – BUREAU DE CHANGE and MONEY TRANSFER.
• Experience and understanding of EXCON and COMPLIANCE as per SA Reserve Bank.
• Must have experience with BRANCHES.
• MS Excel proficient.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing branch staff, both operational and driving
• Sales disposition, negotiation, strategy.
• Must have experience and be able to bring in leads, deals, SLA’s on your own.
• Must have own, reliable vehicle and unendorsed driver’s license.
• Experience with identifying opportunities for new branches, opening and closing of branches and new branches roll out.

• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's branch activities and employees A- Z
• Manage and develop staff teams within the branches
• Work with branch staff to achieve set targets
• Provide a strategy per staff member and branch and monitor performance to ensure each staff member has direction and targets and achieve such
• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees with regard to new product launches and implementation
• Hands-on management and development of large teams
• High-impact communication & motivation
• Develop and manage budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure reporting as prescribed by the company
• Create and increase revenue and economic profit from new and existing clients and products – biz plan and strategy) via various channels
• Perform in-depth financial needs analysis to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in line with business goals
• Support the achievement of the business strategy; objectives and values by reviewing the business plan; aligning processes, services and solutions
• Research to analyse competitors and target markets and include these in the business plan
• Reporting to Group Manager and CEO as per company instruction
