SUMMARY

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for international freight forwarding? We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven FSM to lead the Air & Ocean Forwarding business development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management: Be the point of contact for new business accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
Strategic Targets: Collaborate with BD Commercial, Trade Lane, and international partners to define and quantify new Air & Ocean Forwarding targets.
Quality Service: Prepare SOPs and forward rate proposals, ensuring profitable and high-quality service delivery.
Rapport Building: Establish trust and credibility through consultative approaches while maintaining assertive sales follow-up.
Critical Thinking: Use logic and reasoning to identify solutions for complex challenges.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Tertiary degree or relevant post-graduate qualification.
Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the International Freight Forwarding Industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of air and sea forwarding processes, regulations, and requirements.
