FutureHomes Agents’ Job Description

Promote FutureHomes Brand
Property listings
Build up a Rental/ Sales portfolio
Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients
Verify customer credit information
Schedule appointments with prospective customers
Perform all property inspections
Canvass Sales/ Rental stock
Renewal of leases
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
Negotiate prices or other sales terms
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Advertise listed properties on all property portals
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients

Requirements:

Matric (Minimum)
Passionate about property
Time management skills
Computer literate
Well-spoken and good communicator
Clear criminal record
Experience within a real estate environment / Sales
Team Player
Reliable car with a valid driver’s license is Crucial
Reliable laptop
Reliable Smartphone with internet capability
NQF4 in real Estate (beneficial)
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
Estate Agent qualification preferred (not critical but advantageous)
