Award winning and stunning 5 star game lodge in Zululand is looking for an experienced strong all-round game lodge administrator.
Someone who works in the hospitality industry and is able to control the administration functions of the lodge as well as assist around the lodge with other duties when required on occasions.
Dealing with guests and staff, F&B knowledge, front desk, back of house knowledge etc.
Computer literate: Microsoft : Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, and preparing the lodge reports as well as daily financial controls, payroll, processing guest accounts, dealing with suppliers, stock management, guest reviews etc.
Opera, Micros or Semper/similar
Accurate work and strong attention to detail
Prepared to and used to living in a remote bush environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills dealing with upmarket international clientele & guests
