Garsfontein, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (DEBT COUNSELLING)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client based)
-Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics as a passed subject
-Recent working experience in any of the following a must:
a) Banking or any credit provider sector (credit provider, loans, collections); or
b) Legal sector (legal secretary/admin, placement of court applications, drafting of affidavits, handling of administration, sequestration applications) or
c) Debt Counselling (experience in debt counselling, debt consolidation)
-Good numeric / mathematical skills a must (able to calculate interest rates, balances due etc.)
-Must be able to work under pressure
-Very good communication skills (written and verbal)
-Assertive attitude (Strong but friendly)
-Non smoker
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Willing to commit to long term employment
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Administration for company specializing in Debt Counselling
-Written and verbal communication with clients in both Afrikaans and English
-Handle complex inquiries regarding application of interest rates
-Handle queries regarding balances on accounts and financial situations
-Obtain and request additional information and documentation, current status of accounts via telephone, in person and other forms of communications
-Prioritize tasks regarding electronic filing, data capturing, updating of electronic activities, client inquiries, product queries, drafting of job cards and industry related documents
-Calculate interest rates, balances due etc.
Salary: ± R 7 500.00 – R 8 500.00 gross (Depending on experience)
(Maximum R 11 000 gross will only be considered if justified by relevant experience, directly related to debt counselling administration)
