An established, upmarket motor dealership is looking for a General Manager/DP to oversee the full productivity and profitability of the dealership. You will be responsible for driving sales, increasing workshop and parts market share while ensuring budgets and expenses are closely monitored. Our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years motor dealership experience in a similar position, preferably in an upmarket environment. You will also need a good business acumen, a good grip on financials and the ability to lead and mentor staff.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years RECENT motor dealership experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of a DMS (Kerridge, Automate, Drive etc.)
A good business acumen with a good understanding of financials
