We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic and Web Designer to join our boutique marketing, communication and design agency, based in Pretoria East.
Our ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with a strong and confident skill set and solid creative flair. They will be a team player, ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced, exciting hustle and bustle of a committed, hard-working agency.
They are professional, reliable and have a positive outlook and attitude; and come with a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases their individual design aesthetic and creative ability.
Requirements:
• Formal tertiary qualification + 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
OR
• Minimum 5 years solid, relevant working experience, with a proven track record
• Mastery of HTML and the most current HTML extensions
• Good web design skills (front end development a definite advantage)
• Comfortable team player, as well as the ability to work independently, as required
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Fluent and up-to-date software skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc.
• Well-developed knowledge, skills and understanding of design principles and practices (digital and print)
• Knowledge of and experience in responsive website development
• Knowledge of and experience in email marketing (design, principles and responsive mailer development)
