Guest Relations Officer Car Rental
KwaZulu Natal, Durban, King Shaka International Airport
Salary Dependant on Experience + Commission + Overtime

We are looking for a professional, responsible, and mature person to be the face and the “go-to” person for this well-known Car Rental Agency. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, handling and problems or queries and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will need to be impeccably groomed, well-spoken, fluent in English and Afrikaans, be able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment. It will be a huge advantage if you have previous Car Rental experience, otherwise, we would consider cabin crew, hotel guest relations, or any similar customer-facing experience.

***Please note that this position requires shift work, and you will be working over the festive season. (Either Christmas or New Year)***
