My client seeks a seasoned and ambitious individual to assume the Head of Project Development role within their team. The optimal candidate will possess a deep comprehension of the renewable energy industry, coupled with a demonstrable history of achievements within this realm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic plans for solar project development.
Lead and manage a team of project developers and coordinators.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Stay up to date on market trends, policy changes, and regulatory developments.
Oversee and prepare project proposals, applications, and reports.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage a team of project developers and coordinators.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years experience in utility-scale solar project development.
Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery in the wheeling sector.
In-depth knowledge of wheeling regulations, policies, and market dynamics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of construction contracts.
