HR OFFICER (PEOPLE DELIVERY SPECIALIST) – FMCG / RETAIL
KEMPTON PARK, JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG PROVINCE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• Must have a B. Comm / B. Tech Degree in HR Management
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years current related HR Officer experience
• Highly experienced in all factors affecting Payroll input and submission thereof
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years current solid experience in preparing for and attending IR, CCMA & Arbitration matters
• Highly experienced in disciplinary hearing matters
• Highly experienced with recruitment, engagements, payroll, terminations & exit interviews etc.
• Experienced in facilitating OHS & training programmes
• Experience dealing with large staff compliment
• Strong HR administration & staff compliance skills
• Able to contribute at management level the achievement of performance factors
• Proficient in SAP (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• Proficient on all MS Office packages, with advanced MS Excel (ESSENTIAL)
• Stable work history
• Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
• Own reliable vehicle / transport
• Contactable references with proven track record
