LOOKING FOR HR PRACTITIONER JOHANNESBURG BEDFORDVIEW AREA

Looking for an experienced savvy confident, bright HR Generalist or HR Practitioner with at least 5-7 years HR work-related experience within the Power & Energy or Engineering industry.

Location: Bedfordview Johannesburg.

Must have Matric + an HR qualification (Degree or Diploma), be able to hit the ground running, HR expertise and HR-related experience are a MUST.

Full Employee Relations function, handle CCMA cases, Dispute resolution, Hearings, and Appeals. Handle full Recruitment cycle, and onboarding of new starters, good understanding of Metal Workers Industry benefits and SEIFSA agreements, excellent HR Administration skills, understanding of Provident/Pension and Medical aid benefits, be able to comfortably handle Supervisors and Senior Management.

Your own car and drivers license is essential, travel will be required to visit site offices.
