Partner with leadership to develop and implement the Human Capital agenda that enables business objectives and goals. Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the HR industry in order to optimise service delivery.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and HR COEs in order effectively implement HR solutions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders in aligning business requirements with HR solutions in business plans.
• Implement innovative HR solutions aimed at managing organisational change, engaging employees increasing organisational effectiveness and strategic managing talent.
• Execute the channel Human Resource operational plan and solutions to ensure that all HR services are delivered within agreed upon timelines, set standards and the relevant MMI frameworks.
• Act as a change agent by providing support to implement changes within the business.
• Provide advice and guidance on HR issues in order to effectively support the business and manage risk.
• Collaborate with the COE to identify learning requirements and obtain feedback from line management and delegates to support the refinement and enhancement of the delivery of learning solutions.
• Honours degree in HR, Social or Behavioural Sciences
• Business qualification (preferred)
• Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist (preferred)
• At least 5 years HR Business Partner or HR advisory experience
• Experience in call centre environment preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation m4.12m
