A company based In Northcliff, Johannesburg is looking for a qualified Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR Department, including conducting recruitment (placing adverts, interviews, placements, issuing offers and employment contracts), administrating employee benefits and leave, and also enforcing company policies and practices. Attending to and handling all CCMA and Labour dispute matters. As well as all B-EEE, LRA and BCOEA matters. Drafting of In Limines and condonation applications. Dealing with UIF, WCA, IRP5 and claims. Investigating any HR/IR matters that may arise.

The successful candidate must have:
- At least 3 years min. experience in Construction Industry
- Diploma in HR
- Have done and completed Skills Development Levels
- Advanced Computer Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable transport
- Non-smoker
