HVAC Sales Engineer - Alberton

Education background:

Degree in Engineering (with Thermodynamics an advantage)


Working Experience:

Able to comprehend and utilize information to supply customers with a solution when enquiring about HVAC
Minimum of 5-year technical sales experience with a proven track record of successes
Be able to demonstrate - Customer focused and ability to develop and maintain customer relationship.
Be able to demonstrate ability to sell a technical product.
Must have experience in working with the end user customers, suppliers and be able to manage the pipeline
Must have a great positive energy, a good personality, be self-driven and be able to operate with minimum supervision whilst adhering to the company values
Able to operate efficiently with a Computer with written communication and strong follow up skills.
Must be prepared to travel.
Well organised and ability to manage time.
Be well versed with skills in building relationships with all levels of people – from workshop operators to owners of businesses
Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage projects


Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

Develop the division via covering external sales and footprint by promoting the product offering across the range of products to current and new customers
Achieve the growth sales targets in the appointed region, focusing on Market share, margin and volume.
Ensure that high customer satisfaction ratings are attained and improve customer Relationships and Loyalty
Take ownership of relationship building for new and current customers.

Marketing activities:

Promote the brand
Build relationships with external partners. Establish close partnerships with senior executives of strategic/major accounts.
Develop own network with industry and trade associations, representatives of government, public service organizations
Represent the company at the wide range of events.


Management activities:

Ensure a follow up with the back office
Visit systematically main key players in the HVAC industry in order to identify new customers.
Focus nationally and SADC- Regions such as Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Swaziland and Lesotho. Travel is required which includes being
