A great opportunity to join a national property management company in Cape Town. Our client seeks to appoint an HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience who be responsible for maintaining systems, diagnosing and repairing problems, or installing and replacing components or entire systems with a number of their clients in Cape Town.

Requirements
• Minimum of N3 and Trade Tested
• Valid driver’s license essential.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Must be client focused
• Solutions orientated.

Responsibilities
• Maintenance of Air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing and repairing problems
• Installing and replacing components or entire systems
• Maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment.
• Performance checks on Air Conditioning units
