Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems; Provide administrative support to Internal and External SLA/OLA; Monitor and report end to end SLA/OLA performance of agreements; Monitor and Report on Project monitoring and reporting – track and advise on project related metrics; Produce monthly SLA meetings and track action items; Prepare monthly project reports; Assist with the development of ICT processes and procedures documents; Conduct and report on end user satisfaction surveys; Assist in procurement of ICT software, hardware and associated peripherals; Create request for quotations and Terms of reference where applicable; Effectively manage ICT Assets through Configuration Management Data Base; Assist in user training.

ND/Degree in IT or equivalent (NQF 6); Min 2-3 years’ experience working in an ICT environment; Good understanding of Personal Computers, peripheral devices and currently Microsoft applications and technologies; Experience in working with a diverse range of operating systems and applications, as well as service desk management applications; Good understanding of ITIL Processes; Experience in the healthcare; medical Scheme industry will be advantageous
